Commercial Applications

Free Enterprise/Micro-entrepreneurship

Free enterprise was central in the founding and growth of this nation. People should take risk based on their abilities and hard work. It offers personal freedom and unlimited opportunity. Micro-loan programs are spreading across the country so financing is available to help one get started in mini-agriculture. Mini-Farm Incubators provide low-cost land, irrigation, some tools, etc for mini-farmers and mini-ranchers. This is without high start-up cost for the individuals. A famer's market can be on site. and can be very successful.

Investment cost

Starting small and simple requires very little funds: free or rented land, water source, seeds, digging fork and old pallets for compost bins. Use salvaged lumber for sides of raised beds and salvaged wire for cages.

I have included here more categories of information for those interested in pursuing commercial applications for raised bed agriculture.
